The industry is rapidly pivoting toward AI/ML workloads. This requires transceivers with lower latency and higher bandwidth. Fibronexa is already prototyping 800G OSFP/QSFP-DD800 solutions and LPO (Linear Drive Pluggable Optics) to meet future demands.
100G QSFP28 modules remain the backbone of most enterprise data centers. With variations like LR4 (Long Range) reaching 10km and ZR4 reaching up to 80km, these modules utilize four 25Gbps lanes. Our factory ensures signal integrity over single-mode (SMF) and multi-mode fiber (MMF) through rigorous DDM (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring) calibration.
Transitioning to 200G introduced PAM4 (Pulse Amplitude Modulation). Unlike NRZ used in 100G, PAM4 doubles the data rate by carrying two bits per clock cycle. Our 200GBASE-SR4 modules are optimized for AI clusters where density and power consumption are critical factors.
400G QSFP-DD (Double Density) is the current gold standard for Hyperscale Data Centers. With 8 lanes of 50G PAM4, these modules demand advanced cooling designs. Fibronexa's 400G DR4 and FR4 modules feature low-power DSPs and optimized laser packaging to maintain performance even at high operational temperatures.
