With a modern production facility covering approximately 3200㎡, Fibronexa has built a stable and efficient manufacturing system supported by advanced automation and precision assembly processes.

The transition from 1G to 10G over copper (10GBASE-T) has introduced significant engineering challenges, particularly regarding "Alien Crosstalk." Our R&D engineers focus on optimizing the internal winding of LAN transformers within the RJ45 port to mitigate these issues. By using premium ferrite cores and precision soldering techniques, we achieve lower return loss and higher common-mode rejection ratios compared to standard market offerings.
Furthermore, the integration of SFP cages with heat sinks addresses the thermal management needs of high-density port configurations. As ports get closer together, heat dissipation becomes critical.
